Sister Agnes Crabb

Sr. Agnes Marie, Phyllis Crabb. Died Sunday January 22 2012, after a long illness. Sr. Agnes Marie was the fond daughter of the late Daniel and Sara Crabb; deceased, sister of Harold (Leah) and the late Donald and Mary McManaman. A 1951 graduate of the St Therese School of Nursing, she taught there until 1958 before joining the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters in Techny, IL. She was the Directress of the school of Nursing from 1966 until it closed in 1969. Sr. Agnes Marie served as Provincial Leader of the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters from 1970 to 1980.

Funeral Mass Friday 10:00AM at the Convent of the Holy Spirit, 319 Waukegan Road, Northfield, IL 60093. Interment St. Mary Cemetery in Techny. Wake service Thursday 7:00PM at the Convent of the Holy Spirit.
