Devoted daughter of the late Peter and Mary Shizas. Dear sister of the late John, George (Frances), Julie (the late Gus) Sallas, Nicholas (the late Joan) and Spero (Bess) Shizas. Sister-in-law of Angelo (Vasiliki), the late George (Angeline) and Philip Anast. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Helen was a longtime steward and volunteer of S.S. Funeral Information

Visitation Monday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at SMITH-CORCORAN Funeral Home 1104 Waukegan Rd. Glenview. Family and friends will meet Tuesday morning at S.S. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church 1401 Wagner Rd. (At Lake Ave.) Glenview, IL 60025 for visitation from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 10:30 am. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
