Sophie Dicks, nee Dziura, 85, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 23rd. Beloved wife of the late William Eugene Dicks, Sr. Loving and devoted mother of Christine (Richard) Rioux, William (Louise) Dicks, Jr., Susan (E. Kyle) Vantrease and Jacqueline (Richard) Ballarini. Proud and dear grandmother of Karen (Douglas Vincent) Rioux, Jennifer (Daniel Trickle) Rioux, William (Stephanie Gray) Dicks, Alicia Dicks, Troy Vantrease and Jason Ballarini. Adoring great grandmother of Jacob, Nolan, Sophia, Piper and Gabriel.

Funeral Information

In accordance with her wishes, a private interment followed by a memorial luncheon will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at White Eagle Banquets, 6839 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles.
